A property portfolio in Houston, TX, rarely runs on one landscaping contract. Maintenance goes to one vendor, erosion control to another, tree care to a certified arborist brought in separately, and construction or enhancement projects to whoever won the last bid.

Each vendor performs its scope competently on its own. What gets lost is the coordination between them, and full service landscape management exists precisely to close that gap, replacing four separate handoffs with a single accountable partner instead of a property manager stitching the coordination together themselves.
